Travis Barker has been released from the Joseph M. Still Burn Center, according to a hospital spokesperson

“Travis is in good condition and was discharged this morning,” Beth Frits said in a statement from the hospital.

Now, Life & Style magazine is reporting that Barker and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler are returning to Los Angeles on a private bus.

“Travis is desperate to get back home to be near his kids,” an insider tells Life & Style.

“He and Shanna got a luxury bus with all the medical help he needs.”

DJ AM has been released from Doctors Hospital, a week after surviving a plane crash in South Carolina. His rep said that he’s currently on his way back to Los Angeles. The rep also said: “While he is deeply saddened by the events he is thankful for all of the love and support he has been receiving from fans and friends world wide. We ask that you continue respect his privacy as he rests and heals and mourns the loss of his friends.”

TMZ reports Travis Barker’s assistant wanted to get home in time for his pregnant wife to give birth. The reason why Barker and his friends decided to get on that doomed Lear jet in South Carolina late last night, and the explanation can only be described as a horribly cruel twist of fate. It all started some time yesterday, when Barker’s assistant, Chris Baker, told the guys that his wife was going into labor. Barker told him that he would do everything in his power to get Baker back to the hospital in time. The quickest way back to Van Nuys was that Learjet. Barker usually won’t fly on private jets, but made an exception for what was supposed to be one of the happiest moments of Baker’s life. The plane crashed shortly after midnight, killing four people — including Chris Baker. Baker’s wife went into labor early this morning. Baker has another young child as well.

As reported earlier, Travis Barker and celebrity deejay, DJ AM were critically injured after their Learjet 60 crashed during takeoff from South Carolina’s Columbia Metropolitan Airport, just before midnight on Friday. The plane was headed for Van Nuys, CA.

The former Blink 182 drummer, Baker, and DJ AM are in critical condition and being treated for severe burns at an Augusta, Georgia burn center. Barker was transported by ground to the burn facility from the site of the crash. DJ AM was airlifted.

Four people died in the crash.

Travis Barker was involved in a fatal private plane crash in Columbia, South Carolina early on Saturday morning, killing four and injuring two.

The former Blink 182 drummer is said to be one of the two injured.

Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen says the plane carrying six people was departing shortly before midnight Friday when air traffic controllers reporting seeing sparks.

So last Thursday I was fortunate enough to sit 2 seats away from the musty chick – but it travels and I could STILL smell it! Yall don’t understand just how awful it smells. I have debated several times to say something to her or the teacher and have debated over dropping the class. Yes, I was gonna drop the class over that shite. Those that know me I’m sure you are rather surprised that I haven’t said anything yet or even hinted at it. That’s just it – the funk is SO bad that I’m at a loss for words.
